Dana Findlay is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and owner of 360 Nutrition and Wellness. She is a member of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association, where she graduated with honors.
Dana is a detox nutritionist and yoga teacher facilitating empowering & inspiring complete knowledge of healing the body naturally. Her mission in this lifetime is to spread the message of nutrition and self-love by teaching people how to eat and live with awareness. Dana believes in the healing powers of nature and simplicity, and models her thriving business around the paramount importance of unadultered, fresh foods from the earth, connecting to nature, a yogic lifestyle, and daily, mindful, physical movements. She strongly believes that we are all more powerful than we even realize and that the best wholefoods combined with a healthy, balanced, loving mind and open heart, can heal the body (and planet) of disease.
Dana’s whole goal in life is to pay it forward by helping others. She has contributed not only in direct patient care, but also with published articles on how to fight pain through reducing inflammation. She specializes in pain management through diet, as well as diabetes management, and over all health to name a few.
She loves teaching, writing and consulting on the topic of nutrition simply because it is the key to health. Holistic Nutrition allows people to look at the body as a whole by addressing exercise, nutrition, spirit and soul. As a low back pain survivor, Dana has many valuable, real-life lessons that can enrich the lives of others on their journey. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher and Medical Associate that deals with patients with Chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension and chronic pain.
Dana loves all things that support the Holistic Nutrition approach to life, such as doing yoga, cooking, reading, writing, walking, jogging, hiking and watercolor painting.
